Do the visit and the quote cost anything?
No. The site visit and the quote are free and carry no obligation anywhere in our priority coverage area.
How long until I get the quote?
We answer enquiries within 24 working hours and deliver the detailed quote within 72 hours of the site visit.
Can you paint while we are living in the house?
Yes — it is a large part of our work. We protect furniture and floors, work room by room and use odourless water-based enamels so the home stays usable.
What warranty do you give?
A written warranty on our workmanship, plus the service life the manufacturer gives the applied system. It is set out in writing in the quote, before we start.
Do you work as a subcontractor for construction firms?
Yes. It is our main line of work with developers and architecture practices: phased planning, monthly certification and direct coordination with the site manager.
Why does exterior paint fail so quickly in Mallorca?
The combination of UV radiation and salt air. A domestic-grade enamel or façade paint loses adhesion within one or two seasons. The answer lies in substrate preparation and in using systems formulated for marine environments.
